The Dossier Santé Québec (DSQ) Service Centre has informed us of planned maintenance involving service interruptions during the following periods:

  • Friday, May 1, 2026, from 10:00 p.m. to Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 6:00 a.m.
  • Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 10:00 p.m. to Sunday, May 3, 2026, at 6:00 a.m.

All Dossier Santé Québec (DSQ) and SécurSanté services will be unavailable during these periods. DSQ information will therefore not be visible in MYLE via the MSA.

Unavailable Services

DSQ Viewer:

  • Viewing a user’s health information using the DSQ Viewer.

Medications:

  • Viewing medications.
  • Transmission of medication-related information.

Laboratory:

  • Viewing laboratory results.
  • Transmission of laboratory results.
  • Laboratory pilot environment (EPL).

Imaging:

  • Viewing written reports of imaging exam results.
  • Viewing imaging domain images.
  • Receiving indexing information in the Imaging Registry.

SécurSanté Authentication:

  • Access to the Québec Vaccination Registry using the SécurSanté authentication key.

Self-Service Portal (PLS):

  • Unlocking a SécurSanté authentication key via security questions or with the assistance of an Identity Verification Agent (IVA).
  • Renewing the security certificate associated with the SécurSanté authentication key.
  • Managing security questions.
  • Updating contact information.

SécurSanté:

  • Viewing, updating, and verifying identities.
  • Creating a SécurSanté authentication key.
  • Creating, modifying, and renewing your organization’s SécurSanté security certificate (object certificate).
