Dynacare has informed us that scheduled maintenance will take place as part of their ongoing efforts to improve the performance, security, and reliability of their systems.

Maintenance Window:

Saturday, August 23, 2025 From 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)

Service Impact:

The batch transmission of electronic results to EMRs will be temporarily unavailable during this time.

What You Need to Know:

  • Delivery of electronic results via eBatch will automatically resume once maintenance is complete.
  • Faxed or printed reports will continue to be delivered without interruption.
  • Laboratory testing and internal result processing will continue as usual.
