The DSQ Service Centre has informed us that a scheduled maintenance operation will take place on June 18, 2025, between 4:00 and 7:00. This planned system improvement may cause temporary disruptions to certain Dossier Santé Québec (DSQ) services.

Expected Impacts

DSQ Viewer:

  • Viewing a user's health information through the DSQ Viewer.

Medication:

  • Viewing medications.
  • Transmitting information related to medications.

Laboratory

  • Viewing laboratory results.
  • Transmitting laboratory results.
  • Laboratory Pilot Environment (EPL).

Imaging

  • Viewing written reports of imaging exam results.
  • Viewing imaging data.
  • Receiving indexing information from the Imaging domain registry.

SécurSanté Authentication

  • Accessing the Québec Vaccination Registry using the SécurSanté authentication key.

Self-Service Portal (PLS)

  • Unlocking a SécurSanté authentication key using security questions or assistance from an Identity Verification Agent (AVI).
  • Renewing the security certificate present on the SécurSanté authentication key.
  • Managing security questions.
  • Updating contact information.

SécurSanté

  • Consulting, updating, and verifying identities.
  • Creating a SécurSanté authentication key.
  • Creating, modifying, or renewing the SécurSanté security certificate for your organization (object certificate).
